RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given as a guide only. They may vary due to many factors such as the paper used, inks or ambient temperature. Therefore, testing is recommended.
WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS
Print the design inmirror image
Preheat the press to200C
Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Press for180 seconds,medium-highpressure
Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed mug
Carefully take off the paper
Immediately place mug into room-temperature water bath forbest resultsand faster cooling.
WITH A MUG OVEN/ 3D VACUUM
Print the design inmirror image
Preheat the oven to180C
Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Adjust the wrap around it or slide it into a heat shrink bag and heat it with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for13-15 minutes
Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessory you used
Carefully peel off the paper from the mug
Immediately place into room-temperature water bath forbest resultsand faster cooling.
